Standard Pre Separators

The Standard Pre Separator is available in two variations: mounted on a self supporting steel frame or equipped with a support for the wall in order to be installed above a container. All the models come with a counterbalance flap for self-emptying. The connection diameter is 76 or 100 mm.

These pre separators are designed for large quantities of dust, but they can also be used for the separation of liquids. They are equipped with a non-return valve for an automatic self-emptying. They are provided with a mounting for the wall which has a length of 100 mm.

Their capacities vary between 24 to 50 liters and their connection diameters vary between 63 and 76 mm.

Ash Pre Separators

These pre separators are suitable for ashes. They are equipped with an efficient polyester filter which can be washed and reused.

Available in two sizes, they are ready to function upon reception.

Mobile Pre Separators

The mobile pre separator has been designed for situations when the unit has to be moved frequently. This versatile model is suitable for vacuuming solid dirt, liquids and oil. It can also be used for vacuuming reusable material such as plastic.

While its container can simply be lifted off in order to be emptied or cleaned, it can also be tilted on its stand for situations when it is easier to pour its contents out.

The mobile pre separator can also be fitted with the following options: a float valve, a filter, a drainage tap or a bin bag. These options are available at an extra cost and shown in the picture to the right.
