Sales Conditions

Terms of delivery

FCA Sävedalen, Sweden Incoterms 2000. Carriage and packaging costs are extra.

Supply conditions

Centraction follows the directives of Incoterms 2000 for delivery and supply of goods.

Guarantee conditions

Centraction follows the European directives Orgalime S2000 when it comes to sales, returns and guarantees.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted at once in writing and no later than 8 days after reception of the goods.

Upon reception

Upon reception of your order, make sure that the goods are in good condition and that the number of packages correspond to the number mentioned in the transport documentation.

Returned goods

Undamaged and unused products may be returned at 80% of their price. Costs incurred in returning goods must be paid by the customer. You must contact us before returning goods. Return and reclamation templates are available, for current customers, under the "SIGN IN" section.
